PHOTOS - 2 photos are printed directly on 10”x10” matboard along with quote and personalization. Matboard has no openings.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
• Photos need to be submitted within 1 hour after purchase.
• Submit to julie@matboardmemories.com
• Include Order # when submitting photos
• Specify if you would like your photos printed in color or black and white.
• Photos MUST be high quality, clear .jpg photos. Please do not purchase if clear pictures are not available. Due to production timelines, failure to submit photos or submitting unusable photos will result in order being cancelled.
UNFRAMED - You will receive a professionally printed 10”x10” mat. Unframed mats require a frame with an 10”x10” opening that customer purchases separately on their own.
FRAMED - You will receive a professionally printed 10“x10” mat FRAMED in our quality wood frame. Outer frame dimensions are 10.75“ x 10.75”. Real glass protects the mat. Frame includes removable easel back with stand and wall hangers.
DIMENSIONS: Outside wood frame dimensions measure 10.75"x10.75”.
SHIPPING - *Please note #2 if ordering multiple UNFRAMED mats to same address*
1. All items are sent USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
2. UNFRAMED -- Shipping costs for ordering 2 or more UNFRAMED mats to the same address will not be calculated correctly as cost is based on frame weight.
Site lacks options to figure this correctly. We will REFUND SHIPPING OVERAGES for the amount over the correct shipping cost.
3. FRAMED - Shipping costs are calculated by size/weight of frames and are the actual shipping costs.
PROCESSING TIME - We generally process orders 1-2 days after receiving the order. However, please note our processing times when ordering as we do take off a few times during the year and especially over the holidays.
PACKAGING – We double box our items for safe shipping. Very rarely, a package gets mishandled by careless delivery. If item is damaged, please notify us immediately with a photo of the damage. Do not open the clear plastic bag. We will send out a replacement frame immediately if damage is proven with photo.
RETURNS - We do not accept returns for personalized items. However, if we make an error, we will send out a replacement immediately. Please message us a photo of the error, and we will compare it to the order as submitted. Please double/triple check your personalization when submitting orders as we do not send out replacements if the personalization submitted was incorrect.
